2. Included Services

Our services for visa applications include, but are not limited to:

• Assessment of eligibility according to the law and your personal objectives.
• Advice regarding the documents and information required to support your application.
• Preparation and compilation of forms and supporting documents.
• Submission of the application to the competent authority.
• Monitoring of the process until the final decision and notification of any communications received from the immigration authority.

3. Excluded Services

The following services are not included:

• Inclusion of secondary applicants not declared at the time of signing the agreement.
• Reviews or appeals, unless expressly indicated in an additional agreement.
• Services required due to legal changes after the acceptance of the contract.
• Additional services after the submission of the application (require a new agreement and additional fees).
• Advice on future visa applications or migration plans not covered under this agreement.

4. Fees and Retentions

The costs of the process are detailed in the document “Payment Details or Invoice.”
4.1 Visa Denial – Student
Visa Denied for Genuine Student:

• Educational Institution: Retention according to the offer letter (approximately $200 to $500).
• Health Insurance: 100% refund.
• Migrate Agency: $500 per applicant (special cases are reviewed during consultations).
• Government: Visa fees are non-refundable.
• Medical and biometric exams: Non-refundable.
• Currency: The currency of the destination country applies.

Visa Denied for Serious Reasons:

• Includes false documents, undeclared criminal history, or similar situations.
• Retentions range from 50% to 100%, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Other Visas:

• For visas other than student visas, deductions and retentions will be specified in the specific contract for each client according to the type of visa applied for.
• Tourist visas: No refund is provided for Migrate services.
